Online prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once you receive confirmation of your order, the price payable in respect of that order will not be changed. Most products displayed online are available in store while supplies last. Online prices or promotions may vary and may differ from in-store pricing.Please note that despite careful updates, from time to time there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your invoice by mail. Please see RETURNS for details.



SHIPPING


Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.


If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed or canceled until further information is obtained. If items ordered are out of stock you will be contacted and refunded amount of purchase.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.


RETURNS


Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund.

Refunds will be on returned items only and not shipping. Return shipping is at the expense of the of buyer.


You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order that you plan on returning any items. Items must be shipped within 7 days of notifying us. We WILL NOT accept returns without being notified within this time frame.

All returned items must be accompanied with Tracking Number and customs documents (if applicable). All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. Refunds will only be issued when return items are received. Please CONTACT US that they item has been shipped with tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items.


Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
